• A non-refundable deposit (typically 30%) is required to secure your project start date.
• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
• We reserve the right to pause project work for outstanding invoices exceeding 30 days.

4. Revisions & Changes

Each plan includes a defined number of design revisions. Additional revisions are billed at our hourly rate. Scope changes requested by the client after project commencement may result in revised fees and timelines, confirmed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information about the space, access for site visits, timely feedback on design submissions, and prompt payment of all invoices. Delays caused by client inaction may result in revised project timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, mood boards, and documents created by Lumière remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the designs for your project only.

Client cancellations must be made in writing. The initial deposit is non-refundable. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced and due upon receipt.

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in dispute. We are not liable for third-party contractor errors, product delivery delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
